Return Eligibility

At CAIDO, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.
  • The item must be returned in clean condition.
  • The item may be new or gently tried on, provided it shows no signs that affect resale.
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, pet hair, excessive wrinkles caused by wear, damage, alterations, or washing.
  • All original tags (if applicable) should remain attached.
  • The item must be returned with any original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Items showing obvious signs of wear
  • Washed or altered garments
  • Products with stains, odors, makeup marks, or pet hair
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked at purchase)

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact our customer support before sending your package.

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions along with the U.S. return warehouse address if your return is approved.

Please do not return products without prior authorization.


Return Shipping

Approved returns should be shipped to our United States return warehouse.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CAIDO cannot guarantee receipt of packages that are lost during return transit.


Inspection

After the returned package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, our team will inspect the item to verify that it meets the return requirements.

Inspection is generally completed within 3–5 business days after the package is received.


Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

If your order qualified for free shipping and the refund causes the remaining order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order through our website.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Include clear photographs of the item and packaging to help us review the issue.

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate solution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment method.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  • Refund posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If your order has already been shipped, please wait until it is delivered and then submit a return request according to this policy.


Manufacturing & Return Locations

All CAIDO products are manufactured in China.

Customer orders are fulfilled from our United States warehouse.

All approved returns are processed through our United States return warehouse.

Please do not send returns to our manufacturing facility in China.
