Shipping Coverage

CAIDO currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are continuously improving our logistics network and may expand to additional countries and regions in the future.


Shipping Origin

All CAIDO products are designed and manufactured in our factory in Jiangxi, China.

Orders placed through our website are fulfilled and shipped from our United States warehouse, allowing for faster domestic delivery and easier after-sales service for U.S. customers.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $100 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.00 USD.

Expedited Shipping

Customers may choose Expedited Shipping when the order subtotal reaches $125 USD or more.

  • Minimum order amount: $125 USD
  • Shipping fee: $8.00 USD

Expedited Shipping is available only for eligible U.S. delivery addresses.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing begins after payment has been successfully verified.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed:

Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier operations and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information generally becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

CAIDO is not responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.


Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Delivery refusal
  • Failure to receive the package
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

the customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability and warehouse logistics.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Returns

Returns are processed through our United States warehouse.

If your return request is approved, detailed return instructions and the U.S. return address will be provided by our customer support team.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturing facility in China unless specifically instructed.
